The 365-625-10 is the QV-Hybrid Hyper 606 (QVH4A-H606P1L-E), a Quick Vision Hybrid Type 4-CPS machine covering 600 x 650 x 250 mm with a scale resolution of 0.02 µm. The CPS displacement sensor uses the wavelength confocal method, so the same machine can scan fine height steps and 3D shapes without touching the part.
