Working without a polarising filter and with a red LED, the C2RM-350N detects from 0.01 to 3.5 m against a reflector and switches an NPN output. The brass housing with a 20 μm nickel coating against rust and a 2 m cable of the C2RM-350N suit standard M18 mounting, and its potentiometer is sealed against water to IP67.
