The OPTEX FA ZA-BL60 is a built-in amplifier CMOS laser sensor with a sensing distance of 30 to 60 mm, supplied as the 1-output cable type. Like the rest of the ZA-B Series, the ZA-BL60 uses background suppression and is presented by OPTEX FA as a cost-effective alternative to laser displacement sensors for thin and transparent objects.
- Sensing distance 30 to 60 mm; display range 27 to 70 mm
- Repeat accuracy 0.01 mm (50 ms response), linearity ±0.1 % of F.S.
- 1 output on a ø4.5 mm, 2 m cable; minimum detectable step 0.08 mm
- Spot size approx. 1.7 x 0.7 mm at 60 mm, display resolution 0.01 mm
- IO-Link 1.1.4 with NPN/PNP selectable output on the ZA-BL60; IP67 protection
