The Palmer Wahl AWR-3585 is the PC-11 battery operated, multi-speed replacement chart drive for circular chart recorders. A dial on the front of the hermetically sealed case selects one of 11 recording intervals from 60 minutes to 32 days, and also switches the drive off to save battery. It is built for outdoor use in wet or dirty locations and has been freezer tested to -40°F.

- Pulsing LED behind the dial shows the battery is charged and the drive is running
- No axial or angular backlash, so charts do not shift
- Universal mounting bracket and moulded body pilot for field exchange without recalibration
- Separate battery compartment and closed case protect the mechanism
- Drive shaft offered 5/8 in or 1.25 in long
