The Blue-Point RTEMPB7 is a pocket-friendly infrared thermometer covering -35 to 365 °C (-31 to 689 °F) with a 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio. Two AAA batteries power it, response time is 1 second, and emissivity can be switched between 0.95 (default) and 0.70. Listed uses range from exhaust manifold and catalytic converter checks to HVAC supply and return registers.
