The Series 3000MR/3000MRS Photohelic® Switch/Gages combine the capabilities of a large, easily readable analog pressure gauge using the robust, tried-and-true Magnehelic® gage design with a precise, highly repeatable differential pressure switch using solid state technology. With the huge exterior knobs on the gage face, switching is simple. The gage reading is independent of switch operation and will continue to indicate precisely in the event of a power outage. Nowadays, solid state design produces significantly lighter and smaller designs. With the included hardware, units can be surface mounted or flush mounted. Versatile electromechanical relays with gold over silver contacts are used in the 3000MR variants; these relays are perfect for dry circuits. Opt for 3000MRS models featuring SPST (N.O.) solid state relays for applications that demand high cycle rates. For electrical connections, all models come with 18-inch (45 cm) cable assemblies and offer both low and high limit control. They can be utilized in systems with pressures up to 25 psig (1.725 bar), and they are compatible with air and other non-flammable, non-corrosive gases. There are two possible constructions that can be used: 35 psig (2.42 bar) or 80 psig (5.51 bar). Two 3/16" tubing to 1/8" NPT adapters, two 1/8" NPT pipe plugs, mounting rings, snap rings, an 18" (45 cm) cable assembly, four 6-32 x 1-1/4" RH machine screws (panel mounting), and three 6-32 x 5/16" RH machine screws (surface mounting) are among the accessories included.
