Housed in a 19 in, 4U steel rack chassis, the FusionFlow MXM-RM blends up to 10 gas streams using 2 to 10 onboard MFCs from 0-100 SCCM to 0-12,000 SLPM. It offers the same features as the benchtop remote version, with rear pressure ports. It fits instrument racks in test labs and production gas rooms.
