The Alicat Scientific LC controls liquid flow from 0.5 CCM to 10 LPM full scale using laminar differential pressure measurement, at up to 100 PSIG. Accuracy is ±2% of full scale, with a 0.01 to 100% control range and 30 ms control response. It is calibrated for water and nine other non-corrosive liquids for dosing and laboratory delivery.
