For samples whose density falls between 1.90 and 1.95 g/ml, Brannan supplies the M50 hydrometer 10/356/0, built to BS 718:1991. The 10/356/0 is 270 mm long, divided in 0.001 g/ml over its 0.050 g/ml span and adjusted at 20 °C, making it suited to liquids denser than water. The 10/356/0 is UK-made and is packed in a protective, resealable plastic tube.
