Brannan 39/015/0 is a ring syphon (ASR010) in mild steel with 3/8in BSP male x 3/8in BSP male connections. As a BSP version it is supplied with a fixing nut. Ring syphons protect pressure gauges and dial thermometers from hot pressure substances and rapid pressure surges; the ring shape helps steam and other pressure media condense, reducing the risk of damage and extending instrument life. The maximum working pressure is 25 bar.
