The CONCOA 540 Series back-up panel supplies reserve gas when a primary system stops delivering because of malfunction, maintenance or power failure. If primary pressure drops below the regulator set point, the reserve takes over automatically so downstream flow is not interrupted.
The panel is configured to order: regulator pressure range (0-150 PSIG or 150-500 PSIG), brass or stainless construction and the optional alarm are chosen when ordering.

- Adjustable regulator sets the pressure at which back-up engages
- Shut-off valves on primary and reserve allow isolation of either line
- Check valve on the primary supply prevents backflow
- Optional pressure switch inlet gauge and remote alarm signal switching or low reserve
- 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) max inlet; helium leak integrity 1 x 10⁻⁹ scc/sec
