CONCOA 8017007 is the torch mount moderate flow arrestor for fuel gases (acetylene, hydrogen, LPG), fitted at the torch, with 9/16 in -18 (B) LH Int/Ext connections. Arrestor 8017007 is rated to a maximum of 15 PSIG for acetylene and 50 PSIG for hydrogen and LPG, with flow at that pressure of 224 SCFH acetylene, 2490 SCFH hydrogen and 526 SCFH LPG, and uses a dry barrier to quench flashback.
Key features
- A 100-micron inlet filter that protects the non-return valve from contamination and a spring-loaded check valve that blocks unintended backflow and dangerous gas mixtures
- An operating temperature of -20°F to 140°F (-28.8°C to 60°C), together with a thermal shut-off against excessive temperatures
