CONCOA 8017008 is the torch mount moderate flow arrestor for oxygen, fitted at the torch, with 9/16 in -18 (B) RH Int/Ext connections. Arrestor 8017008 is rated to a maximum of 143 PSIG, with flow at that pressure of 1835 SCFH, and uses a dry barrier to quench flashback.
Key features
- ANSI Z49.1:2005 approval, plus an operating temperature of -20°F to 140°F (-28.8°C to 60°C)
- A spring-loaded check valve that blocks unintended backflow and dangerous gas mixtures and an internal flame barrier that stops a reverse flame travelling through hoses
- A thermal shut-off against excessive temperatures and a 100-micron inlet filter that protects the non-return valve from contamination
