The oxygen liquid cylinder regulator from CONCOA (8066536-01-1) uses a CGA 540 inlet and 9/16 in -18 (B) RH Ext outlet. Maximum delivery is 120 PSIG (8 BAR) for oxygen; the gauge is scaled 0-200 PSIG/0-1400 kPa.

- A self-seating relief valve against liquid flash with a 316L stainless steel diaphragm for cold liquid cylinder use
- An internal filter protecting the PTFE seat with suitability for gas withdrawal from cryogenic liquid cylinders
