The OIL CHECK 500 continuously monitors oil vapour in compressed air and gases, logging trends between laboratory analyses so deviations are caught early. It uses a PID photo-ionisation detector for indicative measurement to ISO 8573-5:2025 and is calibrated at 11 points, three of them within Class 1. Fraunhofer IPM verified a detection limit of 0.0015 mg/m³ at 6 sigma.
