The DeFelsko PGKIT is the PosiTest PG Paint Inspection Gage Kit, a destructive tester that measures the thickness of one or several coating layers on any substrate by cutting a precise groove and reading it under magnification. It handles coatings up to 1400 µm (55 mils), depending on the cutting tip used.

- 50x microscope with rotating scale in mils and microns and built-in white light
- 1x, 2x and 10x tungsten carbide cutting tips included (5x available)
- Anodised aluminium housing; rotating holder stores up to four tips
- Kit includes hex key, black marker, AAA battery, Certificate of Calibration and case
