The DeFelsko PRBFNTS is the PosiTector 6000 FNTS probe, sold as the probe only, so a PosiTector gage body is required. It is a high-range cabled combination probe for thick coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, measuring coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, recognising the substrate automatically over a 0–6 mm (0–250 mils) range. Coating inspectors and QC staff fit it to an existing Standard or Advanced body, since every PosiTector body accepts every probe.
