The DeFelsko PRBN90S is the PosiTector 6000 N90S probe, sold as the probe only, so a PosiTector gage body is required. It is a right-angle cabled microprobe for thin coatings on non-ferrous parts where headroom is tight, measuring coatings on aluminium, copper, titanium and other non-ferrous metals over a 0–625 µm (0–25 mils) range. Coating inspectors and QC staff fit it to an existing Standard or Advanced body, since every PosiTector body accepts every probe.
