The DeFelsko STDCSSSPG PosiTector SPG Certified Shim Set gives a quick field check of depth micrometers at the start of the working day. The SPG foot rests on a shim with the tip protruding through its hole onto the glass base plate. It is designed for the PosiTector SPG series and other depth micrometers with a fine-pointed probe; coating thickness shims should not be used for this.
