The ETI 123-745 is the type K burger probe with a 6 mm deep measuring tip, suited to thinner patties. The Ø4.5 mm probe is 160 mm long with a 45° bend at 45 mm, ending in a fine Ø1 mm tip, and reads -75 to 250 °C with ±0.5 °C accuracy from 0 to 100 °C.
