The ETI 177-100 is a type T needle penetration probe made for the Therma 22 and Therma 22 Plus thermometers. Its slim Ø2.6 x 130 mm needle is suited to fish, fruit and other foods where a small entry point is preferred, and it responds in less than four seconds. The probe reads -75 to 250 °C with ±0.2 °C accuracy between -20 and 70 °C.
