In a yellow case, the ETI 221-028 Food Check lets kitchens keep a dedicated thermometer for one food area as part of a colour-coded HACCP system. The thermometer comes with a penetration probe on a 500 mm PTFE lead, reading -49.9 to 299.9 °C with ±0.4 °C accuracy and responding in about 5 seconds. Biomaster protection is built into the case.
