ETI 235-497 is the pink version of the Thermapen ONE, an instant-read food thermometer that reaches temperature in about one second. It reads from -49.9 to 299.9 °C with ±0.3 °C accuracy and 0.1 °C resolution, which suits chefs and food businesses working to HACCP plans. Apart from the pink case it is identical to the other Thermapen ONE colours.
