The ETI 286-003 thermistor test cap provides a reference at 3 °C, a typical chilled-food check point. Plugging it into a thermistor thermometer such as the Therma 20 or Therma 22 shows whether the instrument reads within tolerance, and a UKAS Certificate of Calibration is supplied with the cap.
