The ETI 810-210 fridge/freezer thermometer mounts outside the appliance and uses two sensors: one for the room and one on a 1 m lead that sits inside the fridge or freezer. A programmable high/low alarm sounds if the appliance drifts out of range, and the max/min memory shows the extremes reached since it was last reset, so staff can take corrective action when food may be at risk.
