With a red seal and 130 mm stem, the ETI 810-874 milk thermometer gives baristas a quick, audible signal when steamed milk is ready. Pick one of three preset frothing temperatures or programme your own, clip it to the jug and listen for the beep. It reads in °C to ±1 °C, responds in 2–4 seconds and turns itself off after five minutes.
