FEMA Ex-DDCM differential pressure switches bring the DDCM double-chamber principle to explosive atmospheres, with ATEX 2014/34/EU certificate IBExU12ATEX1040 and IECEx IBE 14.0077. Stainless steel bellows or a Perbunan diaphragm sense the difference between two pressures for flow monitoring and filter control, including in the vacuum range. Rated ambient is -20 to 60 °C.
