Gagemaker LS-1001 is a lead setting standard for all 8 Round casing, tubing and drill pipe, plus 10 Round tubing. It is used to set a lead gage to its nominal value before 8 Round & 10 Round threads are inspected. Precision lead setting standards like the LS-1001 give the lead gage a known starting point before parts are checked.
