The DST611_651 is the meter for the Digi-Stem DST611 and DST651 Series; probes are ordered separately. Its second 4-wire RTD does not use a transmitter: it is wired to an internal euro-style terminal block for 2, 3 or 4-wire direct output, and leaves the case through an external Turck four-pin connector for a watertight link to a recorder or control panel. The battery-powered primary RTD remains the reference indicator, meeting FDA 21 CFR Part 113 needs in low acid canned food processing.
