The ETI 810-305 ThermaLite is a simple instant-read pocket thermometer for everyday food and catering checks, well suited to HACCP routines. Its thermistor penetration probe reads from -40 to 300 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy between -10 and 100 °C, and a CalCheck 0.0 °C function lets you confirm accuracy. The body is waterproof to IP66.
