The DST600&640_Probes are single-sensor RTD probes built to specification for Digi-Stem DST600 and DST640 retort thermometers, sold separately from the meter. Each uses one Pt100 Class A 4-wire RTD in MgO packed MI cable. Because there is no secondary sensor, remote versions use a six-conductor cable rather than the ten-conductor cable of the dual-sensor families, with IP67 quick disconnects available at either end.

- NPT, swivel nut, unthreaded transition or 3-A sanitary fittings
- 304 or 316L stainless stems rated to 204 °C, up to 72 in
- Spring loaded stem option for 1/2 and 3/4 in NPT with 1/4 in stem
- Probe ID on rigid probes and remotes up to 25 m cable
