The P01SSID is the 716 stainless steel version of the Pi Tape inside diameter tape for the 0.75–7 in band, scaled in inches and specified to ±0.001 in. Use it to take reliable, repeatable inside diameter readings anywhere in the 0.75–7 in span. Because the P01SSID starts below 2 in (50 mm), its material is thinner than the standard 0.010 in (0.25 mm) gauge used on larger tapes.
