Product Description
The Mitutoyo 511-846 is a large-bore micrometer head bore gauge designed for measuring internal diameters from 10–16" (254–406.4 mm). Its built-in micrometer head provides 1" of adjustment, allowing the measuring size to be set conveniently without relying solely on repeated anvil and spacer combinations.
The 511-846 includes a 0.0005" graduation dial indicator and provides a stated wide-range accuracy of 0.00008" (2 µm), with 0.5 µm repeatability and 1 µm adjacent error. The carbide ball contact point is suited to repeated dimensional inspection, while the supplied sub-anvils extend the gauge's measurement capability for different bore sizes.
